GOAL: Evolve brand packaging while maintaining the brand's equity in brown kraft, elevating the consumer experience, and maintaining costs,

SOLUTION: A gender branding system is achieved with material selection: Women's accents brown kraft with cream, Men's features masculine black, while Kids' features brown kraft coloring throughout. Prior insert card clutter is replaced by a custom envelope encasing the brand booklet and allowing for supplemental content. Surpassing expectations, the new packaging suite resulted in $1M savings per year.
